Lowertown Sounds is a free, independent community concert series presented by Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union and produced by One Simple Plan, featuring live, local music plus food trucks and local beer and wine nearly every Thursday of the summer in Mears Park, St. Paul.

Singles Only was recorded with Zachary Holland at The Pearl Recording Studio in Northeast Minneapolis. “The Whole Package” appear on all four tracks and consists of Dan Lowinger (Guitar), Josh Braun (Pedal Steel), Sean Hoffman (Bass) and Andrew Bartelson (Drums). This collection of tunes leans into classic country themes with barroom-ready arrangements. It’s a short, sharp collection of songs made for jukeboxes, dance floors, and lonely nights.
